Things like "not on passenger service", "May only be transported in quantities of X or less" and the always popular "May not be transported within YY meters of [Common_Cargo_Z] ". Often these restrictions are entirely logical and entirely frustrating for the bigger cargo movers "I know it's profitable, but moving cryonic alt-baryonic slush requires a hazard ticket longer than my drive plume".
